Backstory

After the nuclear apocalypse of North America, the nations were obliterated, and new militias and factions rose from the ashes. With a surplus of bunkers, many people survived but nothing was the same. Decades after the bombing, very few people remembered what the old world was even like. Children have been born and many have grown up since the destruction. There was very little power or technology anywhere. Any and all forms of communication became a lynch pin for any organization. A few main factions rose in the Midwest. The Lakewood Coalition made mostly of people from what used to be rural communities and farmers and the Rolling Hills Militia made up of more factory workers turned militia.
