MP5s are known for being compact cqc guns. Their small mag design allows for the ability to carry dozens of mags on a plate carrier with relative ease. Being a version 2 platform gun, the MP5 can be upgraded extensively in almost any way. Perhaps the only part that is not easy to upgrade is the hop up unit which is not compatible with M4s or other popular platforms.
